A youth-led initiative

Breaking stigma.
Amplifying voices.
Building support.

Who we are

Conversations that change lives — one voice at a time.

We exist because too many young people in minority communities are taught that mental health struggles should be hidden. Unheard Voices creates safe, culturally aware spaces where lived experiences are honored, education is accessible, and asking for help is normalized.

Our mission

A community where every voice is heard.

To dismantle mental health stigma in minority communities by empowering young people to share their stories, learn together, and connect with resources — building a generation that believes healing is possible and seeking support is strength.
