Programs

How we show up.

Four interconnected programs that turn lived experience into education, and silence into solidarity.

Program 01

Real Talk Circles

Facilitated, peer-led conversations where young people gather to talk honestly about mental health, identity, and the experiences shaping them. Hosted at schools, community centers, and online — always confidential, always free.

  • Trained youth facilitators
  • Small group format
  • Culturally responsive prompts

Program 02

Anonymous Storytelling Project

A growing collection of true stories shared by young people who choose to remain anonymous. Each story is reviewed with care and published to remind readers: you are not alone in what you feel.

  • 100% anonymous submissions
  • Editorial review with consent
  • Trigger warnings included

Program 03

Mental Health Education & Awareness

Plain-language guides, social content, and workshops designed to demystify mental health concepts and challenge stigma — built with cultural context at the center.

  • Workshops & explainers
  • Multilingual where possible

Program 04

Community Outreach Initiatives

Partnerships with schools, faith communities, youth groups, and local organizations to bring mental health conversations into the spaces young people already trust.

  • School & campus chapters
  • Faith community dialogues
  • Resource fairs
